Vocalist and producer Christian Wiggs brings together his worlds of Broadway and Hollywood in his new orchestral jazz album, “Oscar Meets Tony: Act One”.

The album features a 27-piece orchestra playing songs from Academy Award nominated films and Tony nominated musicals, all of which play a special significance to the 30-year-old vocalist, producer, and manager.

“At the end of the day, I love a really good story. With this album, I finally feel like I’m able to tell mine through songs that mean so much to so many.”

Before becoming a part of the jazz scene, Wiggs was born to a choreographer and immersed into musical theatre as a child. Wiggs explains, “The theatre felt like this place where anything was possible - where life came alive in technicolor.”

Wiggs now tours internationally and serves in multiple creative roles working with stars including Oscar-nominated Jeff Goldblum and Tony-winner Bryan Carter. 

“All I ever wanted was to be part of one of these worlds”, Wiggs referenced in regards to jazz, film, and Broadway.
